For three days, artisans create, live, examples of popular art, authentic objects with soul, such as bobbin lace, tiles and basketry. Eggs, almonds, flour, milk and fruits are shaped by artisans' hands to transform into flavors that are almost forgotten, such as egg and almond sweets, bread baked in a wood oven, goat cheeses and wines and liqueurs of the region.
